Resetting a Password

What if you have forgotten your password? You can reset it in this case.

To reset your password:

  1. Click the Sign in link.

    The Sign in to Dateno form loads in the web browser.

  2. Click the Forgot password? link.

    The Reset your password form loads in the web browser.

  3. Type your email into the Email address field.

IMPORTANT

Use the email you have set as primary in your account.

  1. Click the Reset password button.

    A reset password email will be sent to you.

  2. Check your inbox. Open the reset password email you received from Dateno. Click the link in the email.

    The Reset your password form loads in the web browser.

  3. Fill in the fields as described below.

    The Sign in to Dateno form loads in the web browser.

  2. Log in with your new password.
