Methods for Creating a Dateno Account

The following methods for creating your Dateno account are available:

• Creating an account from scratch
• Signing in with Google
• Signing in with GitHub

Creating Your Dateno Account From Scratch

To create your Dateno account from scratch:

1. Click on the Sign in button at the top of any Dateno page.

   A login form loads in your web browser.

2. Click on the Sign up link at the bottom of the form.

   The sign-up fields become available in the form.

3. Fill in the sign-up fields:

   • Email address
   • Password
   • Password (again)

TIP
Feel free to check the box I would like to receive emails.... You can unsubscribe at any time in your account preferences.

4. Click on the Create account button.

   • The system creates your Dateno account. The main page of your account loads in the web browser.
   • The system sends you a confirmation email.

5. Check your inbox. Find a confirmation email from Dateno. Open the confirmation email. Click on the confirmation link.

   A confirmation page loads in the web browser.

6. Click on the Confirm to verify button.

Creating Your Dateno Account With Google

To create your Dateno account with Google:

1. Log into your Google account.

2. Click on the Sign in button at the top of any Dateno page.

   A login form loads in your web browser.

3. Click on the Sign in with Google button.

   A page displaying your Google accounts loads in the web browser.

4. Click on the account you want to link to your Dateno account.

   The system creates your Dateno account. The main page of your account loads in the web browser.

Creating Your Dateno Account With GitHub

To create your Dateno account with GitHub:

1. Log into your GitHub account.

2. Click on the Sign in button at the top of any Dateno page.

   A login form loads in your web browser.

3. Click on the Sign in with GitHub button.

   A GitHub login page loads in your web browser.

4. Click on the Authorize Dateno Production button.

   A request email page loads in your web browser.

5. Enter your email address in the provided field.

6. Click on the Finalize sign up button.

   The system creates your Dateno account. The main page of your account loads in the web browser.
