Resetting an API Key

You can reset your API key if you suspect it has been compromised.

To reset your API key:

1. Send a request to the Dateno support team via email at [email protected].

   Use the subject line: Resetting my API key.

   Provide the following information about your Dateno account:

   • Primary email address
   • Current API key

   TIP

   Do not hesitate to share more about yourself and your data-driven projects. We value our users!

2. The support team will send a verification email to your primary email address. Reply to the verification email to confirm that it was you who requested the API key reset.

   Once confirmed, the support team will issue you a new API key as soon as possible. To check for updates, reload the Your API Key page after a reasonable amount of time.
