Subscribing to the API
Dateno offers a reasonable range of subscription plans for REST API users. Each subscription plan provides a certain number of API requests per hour and per month. Please refer to the Subscriptions page for up-to-date descriptions of the available subscription plans.
Once you sign up for Dateno, you obtain the default subscription. The capacity available at this subscription plan is sufficient for getting started, debugging your applications, and evaluating the Dateno REST API features. Higher subscription plans allow your applications to achieve optimal performance.
You can upgrade your current subscription plan at any time if you have exhausted its limits. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please read the description of your subscription plan carefully, paying close attention to the refund policy.
Dateno currently accepts only cryptocurrency payments. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you prefer to receive an invoice for a bank transfer.
To upgrade your current subscription plan:
-
Click the Subscriptions link.
The Subscriptions page loads in the web browser.

Dateno does not support automatic subscription renewal at this time. A renewal link will be sent to your primary email address three days before your subscription expires. Make sure you have configured a primary email address that you check regularly so you don’t miss the renewal message.
TIP
Your application that uses the Dateno REST API can check the status of the daily and monthly quotas provided by your subscription plan.
